Reasonably large room, a shower, hairdryers and towels in the room...

Greatly enjoyed the room with nice beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was very close to shops, restaurants & public transportation, and Angra's port and beach: )

We loved the excellent location of this hotel in a charming old town. The views from our room were absolutely great! We enjoyed looking out to the marina and seeing Mt Brazil in the distance. The breakfast on the outside veranda was a lovely experience, even in December. Despite some drawbacks like uncomfortable beds and noise from the restaurant and street, our overall stay was enjoyable. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the town and we found the value for money to be excellent. The friendly and attentive staff, along with the delicious breakfast, added to our positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and wonderful breakfast.

Execellent location. Right in front of a small nice beach, and in a charming shopping street.

Rooms were clean, but their was a strong musty smell. It was better with the windows open, but at night a lot of traffic noice. Repair is needed: hair-dyer didn´t function; bath tub had two big rusty spots which was covered up by an anti-slip mat. It was okay to have a shower in, but not for bath.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist me when my bag went missing with my passport and credit card. They contacted their former colleague, who offered us a room in either the main hotel or their pension. The hospitality was fantastic, and we were even given a ride to the hotel. The room had a lovely view of the bay and the little beach. The terrace restaurant had great food in a stunning location. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were bright, stunning, came with terrace as well as TV. The breakfast had a wide array of GREAT food and drinks. Location in the middle of the city was a plus.

This hotel is ideally located right by the ocean in a charming old town. The rooms at the front of the building have wonderful views of the bay, and some even come with a seaside balcony. The staff is beyond amazing - they are extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any needs. Additionally, the breakfast offered is a full buffet, with a variety of options including fruit, cereal, pancakes, eggs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking provided was convenient, and the location by the harbour was absolutely stunning. Being in the historic center added to the charm of this city. Even on the island, everything was easily accessible, including the beach. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Hotel Beira Mar Angra do Heroismo is a hidden gem in the heart of the historic center. With its unbeatable location directly on the harbor, guests can enjoy stunning views of the ocean and Prainha beach from the comfort of their rooms. The rooms themselves are clean, spacious, and equipped with nice beds for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is evident, from the basic amenities provided to the terrific view that each room offers.

The hotel was fantastic. The room, view, cost, and location were all amazing. The staff went above and beyond and were very friendly and helpful. The wi-fi was good, and the breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of options.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the seafront, offering stunning views of the beach and the marina. Guests can enjoy a beautiful seaside balcony and spacious rooms on the first floor with a large balcony for dining. The staff is friendly and the restaurant serves good, affordable food.

The elevator in the hotel is small and shaky, which may be inconvenient for some guests.
